BEEF KABOBS 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sherry
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Allow 1/2 pound meat per person. Marinate one day or for 5 hours in the above marinade.

Also marinate green pepper, cut up, small onions, large mushroom caps, and tomato quarters. Quantities for vegetables will depend on number of servings and serving sizes.

Put meat in skewers and broil in oven over barbecue 15-20 minutes. Add vegetables and broil 5-6 minutes longer. Serve with Fried Rice.
