SLOW COOKER PORK TENDERLOIN | |
The root beer gives the meat a sweet flavor and it's awesome! My husband and I got 2 meals and he got 2 lunches out of one tenderloin! It was so good...We will definitely have this again!!! 1 whole pork tenderloin 4 (12 oz. ea.) cans root beer (about 2/3rds of a 2 liter bottle) Place tenderloin in Crock-Pot on LOW; pour root beer over meat until covered, and cook on LOW for 10 to 11 hours. When done, remove lid, pour off liquid, pull pork apart, season with salt and your favorite barbecue sauce. Serve with warm buns, onions, sweet pickle relish, pinto beans, other condiments or whatever you like. Enjoy! Submitted by: Billye Robinson |
