ARI'S CROCK-POT BBQ PORK LOIN
1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork loin
1 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon (or any red wine)
3 tbsp. minced/chopped garlic
1 cup barbecue sauce (I prefer Jack Daniels hickory for this recipe)
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine water, balsamic vinaigrette and wine in Crock-Pot. Coat pork loin in barbecue sauce and place in Crock-Pot. Take remaining barbecue sauce and cover the top of meat. Arrange garlic over top of meat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Set Crock-Pot to LOW. Will take about 6 hours to cook. Halfway through flip meat over and cover with juices.

Serves 4 to 6.

This is going on my list for near future. Just froze several large pieces of pork loin. Gathering recipes for different versions of using it. This will be my next choice. Thanks for submitting. PLEASE - submit any other great recipes you have.
