ROASTED SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
1 (1 lb.) large shrimp
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Lay the shrimp on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper in a single layer.

Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature with cocktail sauce.

COCKTAIL SAUCE:

1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
3 tbsp. horseradish
splash of Worcestershire sauce
splash of Tabasco sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon (or 2 tsp. bottled lemon juice)

Mix well and serve with the shrimp. Yummy!
