1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® dry Fiesta Ranch Dip
1 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
6 or 7 baking size potatoes
1/2 chopped onion (optional)

Prepare potatoes for mashing just like you always do. Instead of adding milk and butter pour in Fiesta Ranch that is made according to package directions EXCEPT use 1 cup of mayonnaise instead of dairy sour cream (they will be too thick if you don't).

Add the 1/2 chopped onion for a little more kick.

I grill mine in bacon grease which makes it better still - then pig out!
