CREAMY CHOCOLATE BALLS 
2 (8 oz. ea.) milk chocolate bars
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed

CHOOSE ONE:

1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers

Break chocolate bars into squares in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for two and a half minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Let chocolate cool to room temperature.

Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Mixture will thicken. Let mixture chill in refrigerator at least one hour.

Form chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in choice of nuts, coconut, or vanilla wafers (nuts are a favorite). Chill completely.

Enjoy! When not enjoying, keep the chocolate balls in the refrigerator.
