CHERRY MUFFINS | |
1 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. oil 2 c. whole pitted cherries, drained well Sift dry ingredients together. Combine liquids together and add to dry ingredients. Fold cherries. Recipe also works for blueberries and other fruit. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. 18 medium muffins. |
