DELICIOUS CANNED WIENERS 
32 oz. ketchup
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 pt. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. garlic salt
4 lbs. wieners, cut in thirds
2 gal. hot peppers, chunked

Bring first 6 ingredients to boil, then add peppers and wieners. Boil 10 minutes. Seal in sterilized hot jars.

Keep refrigerated.

I had to use a little less peppers and wieners as I made a double batch which I would not recommend as it required a huge pot and was hard to get to cook throughout. Taste is great! I cut the vegetable oil in half. Double batch yielded 24 quarts. I would only do one batch at a time with a tiny bit less peppers and wieners or you don't have enough sauce to cover them.
