FRUIT KABOBS WITH HAWAIIAN DIP 
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. light sour cream
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple with liquid
1/2 c. toasted sweetened flaked coconut
6 to 8 c. assorted fruit for kabobs

Set aside 1/4 cup coconut. Mix the remaining ingredients except for fruit. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup coconut. Arrange fruit on skewers and serve with dip.
