DEBARD FAMILY CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans creamed corn
1 can regular sweet corn
1/2 pack crackers,crumbled
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk, adjust as necessary
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
dash pepper

Place creamed and regular canned corn into a 2 quart casserole dish, add crushed crackers, sugar, milk, pats of butter, egg and pepper.

Add additional milk as necessary, ensuring not to make too soupy.

Bake at 375°F for about an hour.

Great for family dinners.

I grew up eating this dish. It was always a big hit. Mom called it "Scalloped Corn". I make it without the sugar and just a couple pats of butter and it seems to taste good that way too.

This recipe is absolutely amazing!! I tried this recipe at Thanksgiving and everyone is still raving about how good it was. They asked me to make it again for Christmas. It was so easy to make! I used butter crackers and my husband asked for butter crackers on top (like his mother made it when he was a little boy). I'm so glad I found this recipe it's definitely a keeper!!
