This cake is the ONLY chocolate cake I will ever make again. Everyone that I've made it for insists I give them the recipe. It doesn't even need to be frosted because it is so delicious and perfectly moist by itself!

This was such a delicious cake. I made it exactly as the recipe dictated, and topped it with chocolate buttercream frosting and slivered almonds. It was a total hit at my husband's birthday party! I'll definitely make this cake again and again!

Very good! Very moist too. Use lots of cooking spray. It looks soupy, but turns out great. This is a great recipe. I will use it often in the future.

So the cake is in the oven. A friend told me shes coming over in like 40 minutes so I quickly searched for a cake recipe and found this one. I don't know how it will come out but based on the batter, it seems real yummy and moist. And really easy and quick to make!

This is truly a great cake recipe. I made it for an impromptu Birthday get together for my brother at the church Fish Fry tonight and it was a BIG hit. I added chopped walnuts which all went to the bottom of the cake due to its' fluidity, but they added great flavor. I iced it with the stay soft frosting using the milk and flour paste for the base. Thanks to everyone that gave this a high rating before me.

Absolutely great recipe.. I made a slight change though, instead of boiling water I used 1 cup of hot instant coffee... But the texture of the cake is quite something else... P.S. this is also my first ever review. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

This is by far the best chocolate cake ever! I turned it into a layer cake by cutting it in half and butter frosting it. Topped it fresh strawberries and it was so yummy, can't get enough of it. Thanks for this WONDERFUL recipe!!
