SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter, melted TOPPING: 3/4 cup oats 3 tablespoons flour 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 cup crushed pecans 3/4 cup shredded coconut mini marshmallows Mix the first 6 ingredients with a mixer. Prep baking dish with cooking spray, then pour in. Mix the topping ingredients by hand. Sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes.
