LUSCIOUS LEMON SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up or Mountain Dew
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (22 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

In large mixing bowl: dissolve Jello in boiling water; add soda and stir well. Add marshmallows, pineapple and 1/2 pie filling. Chill until set.

Fold second 1/2 of pie filling into Cool Whip until well blended. Spread over chilled Jello mixture and serve.
