“SNACKER'S HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE” IS IN:

SNACKER'S HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla
salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat together sugar, butter and eggs until creamy. Add baking powder, flour, vanilla, salt and hot milk (120°F).

Stir and put in greased and floured 9x13-inch cake pan in preheated 350°F oven.
