RYAN'S SAUTEED MUSHROOMS AND
ONIONS
 
Great on burgers, steak and chicken!

3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
4 cloves garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms (I like baby bella), sliced
1 large onion, sliced in half then quartered
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
1 env. brown gravy (McCormick's)
2 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
dash Worcestershire sauce

Add butter and oil to skillet. Sauté garlic for about 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and onions and sauté until soft.

Season with paprika, salt and pepper and dash of Worcestershire sauce. Add packet of brown gravy. Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in a little bit of water then add to mixture.

Let simmer and reduce till desired thickness. Enjoy!
