SAUTEED SPINACH WITH MUSHROOMS
Tasty! Perfect for bachelors.

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw out as per instructions on package)
2 or 3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 beef or chicken bouillon cube, heated in a cup of water
1 heaping tbsp. all-purpose flour

At medium heat, lightly sauté garlic in melted butter and oil in pan. Add in mushrooms and cook for about three minutes or more till cooked.

Add thawed-out spinach, always stirring. Add heated bouillon to pan (I use a little more than half a cup). Add flour to mixture, stirring constantly.

Cook mixture about three or four minutes till spinach is cooked, always stirring and looking moist, but not runny.

I made this recipe tonight and it was great. The mushrooms are my favorite part, but the spinach is delicious too. I added some Parmesan cheese to the top and served with a little extra sauce from the pan. Great job, Rogie!
