RHUBARB BAR COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Cook the rhubarb and raisins until mushy. Mix in all the other ingredients. Spread onto a 12"x15" pan. Sprinkle with white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
