COBBLER 
BASE:

4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Bisquick

Combine sugar and Bisquick, and toss lightly with rhubarb.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
1 sm. egg

Combine Bisquick and sugar. Stir in beaten egg until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over base and topping. Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. (Other fruit may be substituted for rhubarb.)
