HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and oil; mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 of the flour and beat until no lumps. Gradually add remaining flour. Knead dough for 5 minutes. Place on a greased pizza pan, leave edges a little thicker than middle. Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 450 degrees until beginning to brown, remove and add the sauce and toppings and cheese. Bake again until cheese browns.

Hey y'all I just made this and it sure is delicious! I added rosemary leaves to the dough and it turned out fabulous. I used olive oil for sauce and loaded it with spices (Mrs.Dash, crushed red pepper, more rosemary and fresh minced garlic).

So easy - and we combined the recipe with instructions on using in our KitchenAid mixer, with rapid rise yeast instead of dry. So the resting time is 10 minutes instead of up to a half hour.
