GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH 
PER SANDWICH:

2 slices Provolone cheese
fresh bread (I love Ciabatta, sliced medium thick)
cilantro (or any other herb)
grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced thin

Place cheese, cilantro and tomato slices on bread. Heat pan on stove. Generously butter (or other like spread) on outside of both slice of bread. Place into pan. Allow to cook until the bread is nicely browned. Turn over and brown the other side.

Note: Should be wonderfully crispy and warm when placed on plate.

Slice in halves or quarters. Serve with dill pickles and chips.
