EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
This pie makes its own crust while baking! 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. self-rising flour Put all ingredients into blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into ungreased cake or pie pan.
