This recipe is amazing. I was going to freeze some since I have fresh grown cucumbers, however, everyone in the household loved this recipe so much it will be gone in 2 days :)

For someone who has not cooked in a long time (myself due to illness of 6 yrs) this was very easy to follow and prepare. Excellent results too. For those who do cook, a very quick and easy recipe too.

Perfect and tastes exactly like my mother-in-law made it. She just passed away on xmas eve and I'm glad I got my cucumber salad to taste like hers. Thank you very much. I've added it my recipe book.

Great recipe! There's enough dressing that you could even add 2 more cucumbers. :)

I made this gorgeous salad at home, here in Wales,United Kingdom. It was light refreshing and tasty, all of us enjoyed it as a side with a BBQ garden cook out. I will be making this again!

I used green onions instead, added some garlic, and crushed red pepper. Delicious!
