Super tasty recipe! My dad is a bit of a peanut butter cookie snob and he loved these. Nice and moist, with a good balance of fluffy and chewy. My oven might run a little hot but my cookies only needed about 9 minutes in the oven.

Because my daughter and I can't have sugar I substitued the white and brown sugar with Ideal. A sweetener with no sugar. It was absolutely delicious!

I've been craving peanut butter cookies, but with chocolate. I've tried the recipes with the kiss in the center but they were too chocolaty for me :( I followed the directions on this recipe to a T and topped each cookie with 3 m&m's - ahhhhh heaven!
