RECIPE COLLECTION
“1-2-3 MAC 'N CHEESE CASSEROLE” IS IN:

1-2-3 MAC 'N CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz) pkg Creamettes Elbow Macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated American, Jack, or white cheddar cheese
1 (6 or 7 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked

Prepare Creamettes Macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

In the same pan, heat soup, evaporated milk, cheese and tuna. Stir in cooked macaroni.

Serve.

Variation: In a casserole dish, top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Place under broiler for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Yield: 5 servings.
