VANILLA BUTTER CAKE
3 eggs 1 3/4 cups sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 stick butter or 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 1/4 cup milk 2 1/4 cups flour 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder mix eggs, sugar, butter,and vanilla. mix in milk. stir in flour and baking powder. Bake at 355°F for 38-40 minutes. Submitted by: Kyle Frink

This is a wonderful recipe. I add crushed pineapple and fresh cherries (pitted) and chopped up with a cream cheese frosting with coconut on top of frosting. It is moist and delicious.
