DELICIOUS RHUBARB SAUCE 
3 c. rhubarb
8 oz. pineapple, crushed, drained, save juice
1/4 c. sugar (or more)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. juice

Cook rhubarb in juice. Add the rest of ingredients and boil 1 minute. Serves 4. Serve over cake or anything you want.
