RHUBARB SAUCE 
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
6 c. rhubarb, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

Boil water and sugar together for 6 minutes. (I also add an orange and rind cut into very small pieces to the water and sugar.) Add rhubarb and bring this to boiling. Cover with lid and remove from heat and cool.
