SMOKED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES 
6 smoked loin pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
1 c. cranberry-apple drink
1/3 c. maple or maple flavor syrup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 med. red cooking apples

In 12" skillet over high heat, heat smoked pork chops, cranberry-apple drink, syrup, and vinegar to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; add chopped, pared apples. Cover and cook 15 minutes, turning pork chops once.

Imade this recipe just as above except I didn't have apple vinegar so I used plain vinegar. This recrecipe was quick, easy, and absolutely delicious!!

Better than expected! So tender! Very delicious! Added cranraisins with regular Apple juice. Worked well with cut up apples. Smelled so good while cooking. Also added a little cinnamon sugar. Yummy! Thanks for this terrific recipe!
