“APPLE SMOKED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE REDUCTION SAUCE” IS IN:

APPLE SMOKED PORK CHOPS WITH
APPLE REDUCTION SAUCE
 
4 lean, bone-in pork chops
1 (12 oz.) pkg. apple smoked bacon
1 large Granny Smith apple
1 cup apple cider
1 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Wrap pork chops with bacon, season with salt and pepper. Cook 15-20 minutes, bacon should be crisp.

Dice apple, saute in pan over medium-high heat, add cider while sauteing. Reduce by half. Add butter, stir apples, cider and butter until blended well. Pour over chops.

This is a delicious fall dinner, but great anytime.

I made this per the recipe. It was very good but the chops took over an hour to cook not 15-20 minutes.
