APPLE CARROT BAKED PORK CHOPS
All of the mixtures juices soak into the meat making it tender and giving it a burst of flavor!

3 or 4 pork chops
milk (in shallow dish for coating meat)

APPLE/VEGETABLE MIXTURE:

3 large apples
1 cup baby carrots or 2 large carrot sticks
1/4 cup green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
pepper, to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a food processor shred apples, carrots and green pepper. Add lemon juice and remaining ingredients. Either blend together in food processor or mix well in a separate bowl (I prefer it separately).

Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) and pour in 1/2 of mixture and spread on bottom of dish. Coat pork chops in milk on both sides and place on top mixture in dish. Spread remaining mixture on top of pork chops.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy! :)

Serves 3 to 4.
