BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES 
8 pork chops
Garlic to taste
4 tbsp. butter
3 med. apples, peeled and chopped
1 med. onion
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 c. light cream

Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Season with garlic salt. Saute apples and onion in butter until transparent. Add soup and cream to mixture and stir until smooth. Pour sauce over pork chops and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
