APRICOT-ORANGE GLAZE FOR HAM | |
2/3 cup apricot preserves (low sugar) 1/4 cup orange juice (lower sugar) 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. honey In small saucepan, combine preserves, orange juice, mustard and honey. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Glaze ham with glaze for the last hour of baking. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
