My kids have loved this for years, and so easy. 1 box lemon cake mix (your favorite) ORANGE GLAZE: 2 cups confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1/3 cup orange juice Make the lemon cake as directed on box. Using a fork, poke holes in the top while hot. Pour the prepared mixture of confectioners' sugar, oil, and orange juice over the top. Let set up. Wonderful! Submitted by: Kathy from Missouri | |
