This is a really good and simple recipe. I first got it from a woman's magazine about 30 years ago. I have made it a lot using canned, frozen and fresh fruits of all kinds. It's always moist, delicious and flavorful with a nice soft texture. I have double batch baking right now. I came looking for the recipe online because my recipe is packed away, and even though I have it memorized I forgot how long to bake it for.
