FROSTED COFFEE COOKIE BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. hot coffee
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Cream brown sugar and egg. Stir in hot coffee. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir into coffee mixture. Blend in raisins, nuts and chocolate chips. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Frost while warm with white frosting. Cut into bars.
