GLAZED SMOKED PORK CHOPS 
8 smoked pork chops
1 lg. can peach halves, drained
1/3 c. juice from peaches for glaze
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Place pork chops on a rack in a Dutch oven. Add 1/2 cup water to oven. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until fork tender. Remove chops to a shallow baking dish. Arrange peach halves and cherries around pork chops. Combine the brown sugar, cloves, mustard and peach syrup. Brush the pork chops with the glaze mixture. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes.

I used whole cloves, because I like a little bit of clove seasoning, but don't like to eat them. It's easier to pick them out, if you use whole cloves This recipe is DELICIOUS!!! It's like a gourmet meal, but easy to make.

This has become a Sunday night favorite for us. We only make 2 pork chops at a time but the glaze refrigerates well. It looks great and tastes even better.
