MOTHER'S ROTINI SALAD 
2 (16 oz. ea.) pkgs. rotini pasta
1 bunch green onions
1 small purple onion
2 cups diced block cheese
2 celery sticks, thinly sliced
2 cups diced ham
2 cups low-fat salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups Thousand Island dressing (your favorite)
Ranch dressing for extra sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. dill
Mrs. Dash no-salt herb medley, for sprinkling

Boil rotini for about 10 minutes, until soft but firm. Drain, rinse with cool water. Put in refrigerator to chill.

Meanwhile cut up onions, cheese, celery and ham. Mix together in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and dressings - mix.

Once the pasta has fully chilled (about 25 minutes), add to the bowl, 2 cups at a time, and mix well.

Top with dill and Mrs. Dash

Chill, and serve cold.
