BBQ BRISKET FOR A CROCKPOT 
3-4 lb. brisket
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. BBQ sauce
2 tsp. ground pepper

Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Place in crock pot in foil. Put on low for 8-10 hours. Take out slice across grain. Put in pot with BBQ sauce for 1 hour.

I cooked it on low for 4 hours and it is falling apart, there is no way I could even cut it! WOW, it is delicious. I used too much liquid smoke but it is still yummy! I've never used smoke before and I didn't measure it so it's my fault my family loved it! I've only cooked brisket 1 other time (oven) and it wasn't tender although I cooked it on low for several hours. I will definitely make this again.
