SHRIMP AND CRAB QUICHE 
6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. half and half
4 eggs, beaten
6 oz. crab, flaked
6 oz. shrimp, frozen
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1 unbaked pastry shell

Toss cheese with flour. Add half and half, eggs, crab, shrimp, onion and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.

This was delicious and easy. It took a little longer to bake than the recipe said, but that may very well be my oven. This was my first attempt at a home made quiche and I couldn't be happier with the results. Perfect!
