SHRIMP AND CRAB QUICHE | |
6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 c. half and half 4 eggs, beaten 6 oz. crab, flaked 6 oz. shrimp, frozen 1/2 c. green onion, diced 1 unbaked pastry shell Toss cheese with flour. Add half and half, eggs, crab, shrimp, onion and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. |
