EASY PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell (I use Pillsbury)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter. Stir in sugars and then flour; mix well. Lastly add milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
