EASY AND FAST PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
2 teaspoons water
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup halved pecans, reserving some
1 ready made crust, preferably graham cracker

In blender or processor, mix well eggs, water, melted butter, and dark brown sugar. Process a few seconds. Reserve enough pecan halves to cover top of pie. Add remainder to batter and process only long enough to chop nuts.

Pour into crust. Completely cover top with reserved pecan halves.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until firm.
