SUPER EASY PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbs, butter, melted 1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups pecan halves 1 unbaked pie shell (I use a Pillsbury crust) Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Bake on lower rack at 350°F for 40 minutes or until set, covering edges with tin foil after 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely on wire rack. Submitted by: Melinda Calhoon |
