Delicious straight out of the oven! I used chocolate chips. If anything they are a bit too rich!

I tried this recipe with a Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix that only contained 18.3 ounces. Because of this, I found that my cookies came out a little runny at first, spreading beyond what I found to be comfortable. So I added more flour (about 1/4 cup) and they came out fantastic, light and fluffy. Can't wait to try this recipe again!

After reading the recipe and reading the comments, I tweaked the recipe... try this (came out "to die for". Increase flour to 1/3 cup, increase sugar to 3 tbsp., add 1 bar of unsweetened chocolate. Bake as directed, but the timing might be a little different.

To switch it up sometime leave out the chocolate chips and frost them when cooled. I make my own vanilla frosting with confectioners' sugar.

If using 18.3 oz, increase the total flour to 2/3 cup. If still runny after making the dough, then add a little bit more. Turns out perfect!!

I used 2/3 cup flour as per previous comments, but actually found that to be too dry. I drizzled in a little more oil and that was perfect. I didn't add chocolate chips because I wasn't sure how rich the cookies would be. It is a perfect cookie and chocolate chips would be a nice addition. I made peanut butter frosting on them, and they are fantastic. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe! For fudgier cookies, I used 1/3 cup oil and only 2 tbsp water... More flour added as needed! Enjoy!
