| JUMBO BROWNIE COOKIES | |

1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. water 2 eggs 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts or M&M'S® Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix (dry), flour, oil, eggs and water. Stir in chips. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls 6 cookies at a time on a sheet. Bake just until set, 12-15 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Makes 15 cookies. | |

These were good but they spread out and got way too big. I know it says jumbo but these were like ridiculously big. The big ones also got really hard and dry after being in the oven for only 10 minutes. I ended up making the remaining batches into smaller cookies. I baked them for 8 minutes and they turned out amazing.
