Recipe very good. I added sauteed onion and next time I will cut down on the butter because 1 stick of butter is too much.

This is the same recipe I use. I add a little chopped onion, too and a shake or so of white pepper. Butter the baking pan (melt about 6 tbsp. butter for the recipe, use the other 2 tbsp. for the pan). Use 15 oz. cans of corn.

Quick and easy recipe. Easy to modify or add ingredients like bell pepper.

I doubled the recipe for a big crowd, it was wonderful. I put it in a deep dish casserole dish and baked it an extra 35 minutes.

This is always a hit at Super Bowl..it goes great with chili. I make one just like the recipe and one with jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese. It's the rock star of the buffet.

We call this cheesy corn bake. Because my husband's family makes it with Velveeta cheese and green peppers.
