MINT CHIP BROWNIE COOKIES 
21 1/2 oz. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
10 oz. pkg. (1 1/2 c.) mint-flavored chocolate chips, reserve 1/2 cup for glaze
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine brownie mix, oil and eggs. By hand, stir with spoon until well blended. Stir in 1 cup mint-flavored chips and nuts. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 13 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. In small sauce pan over low heat, melt reserved chocolate chips and butter, stirring constantly. Drizzle over cookies. Let stand until set. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
