CHOCOLATE CHIP BAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and water. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and beat. Add chocolate chips last. Press dough into greased jelly roll or cookie sheet pan with the aid of a plate scraper. Bake for 25 minutes.

Frosting: 1 cup powdered sugar combined with enough coffee to make it thin enough to pour from bowl or mixing cup.
