HONEY ORANGE CHICKEN (Very Good) 
2 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1 lb. boneless skinless frozen chicken breasts
1/2 of fresh orange (thinly sliced)

Preparation: In small bowl combine cornstarch, mustard and teriyaki sauce. Add honey and orange juice.

Microwave: Arrange chicken in microwave platter. Cover with waxed paper. Cook at medium power for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and drain. Pour orange sauce over chicken. Continue cooking on high for 2-3 minutes (until sauce thickens). Top with orange slices.

Conventional Oven: Arrange chicken on a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Follow the directions above at.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
