“DEVILED EGGS” IS IN:

DEVILED EGGS 
4 hard cooked eggs
1 tablespoon sweet or India relish
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika and parsley flakes (optional)

Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Blend yolks with remaining ingredients, mashing until smooth.

Scoop mixture back into egg white halves. Sprinkle top lightly with paprika and flaked parsley. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 8 deviled eggs.

Definitely a 5 star. I hesitated using this recipe when I noticed it called for ketchup/mayo/mustard... together. Then noticed the CM listed as submitter. (That alone ~ tells me this recipe would be a winner... and it is). Have used my mothers recipe for decades - but it has now been replaced. Preparing food ahead for Thanksgiving. Needless to say - a few of these deviled eggs will NOT make it to the table. Thanks CM!
