“SHRIMP FILLED DEVILED EGGS” IS IN:

SHRIMP FILLED DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon French's mustard
dash Tabasco sauce
salt, to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 medium cooked shrimp, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork.

Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard, Tabasco, garlic powder and salt; taste and adjust seasonings.

Stir in shrimp and minced green onions. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, forming a slightly rounded top, or pipe through a decorative pastry bag or cookie shooter.

Arrange on a serving dish.

Cover tightly and refrigerate.

Garnish with paprika and chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Yields 12 deviled eggs.

Good recipe...Our family doesn't care for the mayonnaise, so we substitute ranch dressing for the mayo. Gives a good flavor!

This is SO good!! Were not a big fan of Miriacle Whip so I used reg mayo...it turned out great! I also sprinkled Old Bay seasoning on top instead of the paprika...next time I think I'll add a bit of Old Bay to the filling mixture...Thanks for a great crowd pleaser!!!

I could not agree more with using Best Foods... or Hellmann's as it is called in the East. Some finely chopped capers add a little zing to this.

All was well until I hit "Miracle Whip", can't stand the stuff... awful! I used Best Foods Mayonnaise, and it came out great... thanks for this!
